Have used business for years. Went in to pick up deer meat, and questioned a $10 late fee. The woman showed me the disclosure, and I was willing to pay this minor fee. However, an older woman began raising her voice and saying that the owner's wife had put it on there so it had to stay. They then began saying that phone calls were never answered, or returned when they called to have it picked up. This accusations was untrue, but not that important. I explained that the calls were answered and returned, to which they began being extremely rude and argumentative. I was willing to pay this fee, until they began treating my brother and I as if we were trash. I drive an extra 20 miles to use this Christian business, and do be treated like this was very disappointed. The quality of work has always been good, although at times you don't get exactly what you ordered (cuts of meat aren't always correct). However, being treated so poorly over $10 that I was willing to pay, has cost this business over $2000 in business a year that my family alone gives them. Not to mention the friends and relatives that I will recommend going somewhere else. Very disappointed in this business, and I hope that something changes for them in the future.
