They take your case, and a couple months later send some forms to sign and have notarized but notarized in a state 250+ miles away. Then after you point out that you reside in a different state they supply corrected forms for a local notary.

Then you hear nothing, call them, get told someone will call you back, wash rinse and repeat 5 times with no call backs.

How do you fire this law firm and get one that will do something?
