Charged me tax on a warranty job and said manufacture wouldn't cover tax. Call all other mower dealers and they said all manufactures cover tax on warranties

the customer called for a tune up and complained that the turbo cover had a hole in it. he asked for the cover to be replaced. after it was replaced, he then calls and complains...

that the cost is to much. I agreed that normally we call with additional problems with the estimate to repair, buit since he already asaked us to fix, we just fixed.
Customer stated to me(Jim) he wasn't looking to not pay he just did not budget that amount. His tractor was returned (without payment and placed in the shed since no one was home)with all the repairs he requested. JIm agreed to a payment of the tune up $ 239.00 now and balance in Jan 2106, customer agreed and that ended the conversation. As of Dec. 4th no money from the customer.

I did originally question whether the hole in the turbo was common but never requested that the turbo be replaced. So I do not accept this response from the owner. Secondly, based on the owner's response, how does he account for the rest of the items on the bill being done without prior consent?

If the owner (Jim) is able to produce the original pick up slip, complete with the employee's name that originally spoke to me which shows that I requested all the work done that I have been billed for, including the date that I called, then I will considered this matter closed.

Mr. [redacted] has expressed his displeasure with the work that was done . I back my employee with his remembering that he was told to fix the hole and blades replaced. That said, I spoke to Mr. [redacted] about the additional work that was requested but he does not remember, and he agreed to pay the tune up and then in Jan 2016 pay the remainder. I do not understand why now he is still complaining after he repeatedly told me he did not want something for nothing, just the price was over what he budgeted for this repair. Mr. [redacted] needs to contact me direct in person, with this new change in his response to the Revdex.com.

If Mr. [redacted] feels that he needs some sort of $ reduction I need to talk to him not Revdex.com.
