My church (Word of Faith) inquired about some software through KRYPTO and they installed the new software on our computer which has not given us any problems but we were promised a refund for $(tax exempt) for the incorrect software we purchased for our apple computer at churchI spoke with Mike and he stated he would issue a refund within hours of the date of serviceThe service date was February 22, at around or after 5pm I asked Mike several times about the refund and it time he promised to issue the refund and it would show on our credit card statementI asked for an email to reflect our conversation and never received on but I was billed for the product we purchased while on the phone with Mike because I had to accept payment via email before he would service our computer Again, I am asking for a full refund in the amount of $(tax exempt) Product_Or_Service: Microsoft Software for Apple Computer Order_Number: msXXXXXXXXXX Account_Number: MSXXXXXXX
