Hi,This complaint was made Friday at 5:pmAfter hours, when we contacted the client this morning 4/23/about 11:am and this complaint has already been made of us not fixing the issueWe are an employment placement agency for cleaners and people who want clean homesWe contacted the client several times before emailed about us transferring from a employee based model to a independent cleaner based model [redacted] agreed to the changes with our new model and gave me his card information to put on into our new system and his new account for his future payments as we do not require the cleaners to come to our officeOur cleaners are under contract with our agency and are responsible for any damages they may occur in a homeWe are not responsible for the cleanerWe refer to the client as the employerPlease refer to our frequently asked questions on our website for more informationI told the client today I met with the cleaner and she said she used dawns dish soap and water on the fridge to try to get the spots off as they were already thereI asked another cleaning team who has cleaned this home in the past and they said there were marks already on the fridge handlesI mentioned trying a stainless steel polish as it got washed off when the cleaner used soap and water it removed itI have been receiving threats in reguards to this issue and the cleaner felt extremely uncomfortable during the cleaning as she said there were men smoking weed directly in the home she felt extremely uncomfortableI’ve been trying to see if the client needed a oil based stainless steel polish but we close at 4:30pm Monday through Friday

I am rejecting this response because:There was not men smoking potThere was not spots on the refrigerator before they cleaned itTelling someone you are taking them to court is not harassmentI was not contacted many times by krystal cleaning agency saying they were switching over to a referral agencyWhen I was initially called krystal told me they were switching over to a new system so she could get her cleaners paid moreKrystal gave me the information for the lady who cleaned my house and I will contact her about replacing my refrigerator doors and if they both won't take responsibility for it, then we will have to settle it in court with the both of them
