I never received purchased items The merchant never sent tracking or shipping confirmation I emailed and called On Board Fabrics several times [redacted] had lots of excuses and promises I never received the items

I purchased $159,in material from her store on 9-23-Two items were not in stock but she said if I paid for it, she would ship them to me in a week or twoOKI have called her nine times sinceEach time she either promises to ship them right out, or the factory will ship right out, or the factory has shipped, or she will check and call me back or she hung up on me

I ordered yards of a sheer fabric for curtains on 9/5/and paid over $using my credit cardIt was promised in 7-daysAbout three weeks later, I called and asked about the delayMolly said it was due to the hurricane and she would call them and call me back with an estimated arrival timeNo call cameI called again on 10/24/She said she thought it was probably being shipped and would call me back with an updateI told her I would await her call but was about to cancel the orderTwo days later, still no call to update meI will call her today (10/27) to cancel the orderIf she's having trouble making ends meet at the business, I'm sorry for herI used to own a small business and I know how difficult it is but I would never take advantage of my customersI'll be contacting my credit card company today for a refund claim since I don't have any faith that she will process my refundSuch a shame and an embarrassment for our community

We were staying in South Port Island the seek of September 10, and I ordered a neck pillow which she said she could have made by the end of that week, which is when we would be leavingAs it turned out, we had to leave a couple days early so we stopped in on our way out of town to explainShe said she had a little more work to do on it and asked if we could wait, then she went on about the phone would interrupt her, yada, yada, but we had to get on the roadWe paid for the pillow and any shipping chargesThree weeks later, still no pilliowAfter three calls to her with her repeated response that it would be received in a couple days plus asking for my email to provide a tracking number...nothing..no email, no pillowI called my credit card company tomfile a disputeAfter reading then prior reviews, it’s amazing this woman is still in businessImwill say one thing; she appears to be consistent (and in a bad way)

On August I ordered and paid for a custom pillow to be shipped to my address within two weeksMy payment included shipping for a cost of $On September I wrote to the owner *** *** that I had not received the pillow and inquired on the status *** responded that she broke her toe and will complete the project and send the status that weekNo status was sent and the pillow was not received I called the business and left messages with no response On January I emailed *** *** again and requested a full refundShe did not respond to the voicemail, the email and no refund has been issued to dateI purchased this item on vacation in August in Maine and live in Virginia

After a visit to *** *** On Board Fabrics store in mid August, and subsequent email exchange and phone call, I was charged on Aug $by her, based on her commitment to deliver/ship w/n two weeks time a large pillow cover measuring 27” by 21”, including a 1.5” fabric border on all sides, that the actual pillow fits within (i.ea standard size bed pillow fits this cover, or a pillow that would measure approximately 24” by 18”), along with a standard size square pillow cover with border surrounding When such delivery was not forthcoming, I called/emailed several times through mid-October She initially denied charging me (until I confirmed said charge on my credit card statement), then said she was behind in orders because busy, then promised she would ship the next day, then on last/final communication, said her husband was responsible for shipping and he was out on lobster boat and she would have to await his return to contact me with proof of shipping Since then we

I purchased products off of the shelf and ordered custom sewn products on August 14, 2017, the products were ordered in person from the owner and all were to be delivered to our home in Washington state when all products were complete In late September we called to check on the progress and were told by the owner that she was missing one of the fabrics and it was on order We called in October and were told by the owner that the die lot was not correct and she reordered from her vendorIn November she apologized and said she had received the correct fabric and would ship the following day It was Thanksgiving week and we told her if she could ship within the following week that would be fine Again we got no communication or product from the owner and when my husband called her back the second week of December she said the package had shipped, he asked for the tracking number and said she would have to call him back It is now the end of January, we have since left multiple phon

I was in the fabric store in September, Molly said she was getting more of the fabric I wanted so I paid her for the fabric and the shippingIt did not come so I called her and she said the manufacturer was behind so it would be coming It did not come so now she says her husband is responsible for shipping and it still has not comeShe does not respond to phone calls and it is now April and I still have not received the fabric I will never deal with her again
