Review: I went to this make up and hair stylist and believed to her professionalism. She asked me to come to her house and do make up and hair. So I did. She invited me to her bathroom and did not show any license, I did not know if she has those. The brushes and make up products were dirty, but she reassured me that it is fine. She even did not asked me if I have allergy. In one hour she finished everything. Because there is no lights in her bathroom I did not results well. Also I have problem with my vision due to my pregnancy. I paid her 120$ and went away. I went to store and people were staring at me, then I realized that something is wrong. When I came home my husband was shocked by my strange appearance. When I saw myself in the mirror with good lights, I started to cry, because the make up and and hair were really bad. I was late to for the meeting, because I had to fix it somehow, I washed everything away. Next day I asked her to do refund, send her pictures and that of her job and other artist who made a really good job on me she. But she did not respond. 120$ it is a lot of money for me. Please help me to resolve this problem.Desired Settlement: She offered for me free of charge another make up and hair style, but do want to go to her anymore. I just asked her to do refund.
