Good evening Revdex.com of Ct;This email is in response to the above customers complaint, regarding billing/collection issues.I have researched this complaint thoroughly, and what I have found is that our leasing company (*** *** ** *** **) went back and forth via email with
the complainant between October and November concerning the contract in placeThere were roughly emails*** was trying to explain to the customer that there was a contract in place that needed to be paid off before Krystal Kleer would be allowed to pick up the unit in questionEvidently the customer did not understand that…even though the complainant is the one who willingly signed the last month contract.From what I have been told today, the buyout has been paid, and there have been no collection calls since last November from TP concerning this.In conclusion, please have the customer call me directly if they do receive any calls whatsoever concerning the aboveTheir account is officially closedI can be reached at ###-###-####You have my word that I will take care of it.We thank *** for being our customer for 6+ years and wish them all the best in the future.Sincerely,Darren Y***

This company is very unprofessional and rude. We were instructed that once our Contract expired in july 2016, to contact them and they will come and pick up the "water" coolers. I informed them that we would like the coolers picked up and now they state that we are to give them "30 day notice" in writing that we wanted to cancel any further contracts. now they are renewing it without our approval and even wrote down that the contract will not be renewed in july 2016 when it expired, but yet they still did it.

Review: The contract we signed is apparently open ended and renewed without notice and can not be canceled without written notice delivered by registered mail 30 days in advance of the contract renewal. We have had the water unit for 5 years (not new at the time) and wished to cancel the contract. They informed me that I would need to buy out the contract for $335.01 and then they would arrange pickup. I paid the amount and was then sent another bill for $250.07. This bill is for the unit at $160.00 (which I want to return) pickup charge of $75.00 , $0.15 misc charge and sales tax. It seems like they are making it impossible to get out of this contract and I believe the charges boarder on extortion. The customer service agent Rachel was also extremely rude and not helpful at all...Desired Settlement: I would like the unit picked up and the fees on the second invoice removed $250.07...
