I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting your solution as an invitation to reread my complaint a second timeI believe you missed a few important points while skimming over my complaintFirst of all, I do not believe after ten years of service with Hamilton Imports , MrS*** was unaware of the workings of something as basic as a tire and wheel coverage on a used vehicleIt is unbelievable to me he was unaware of scuff marks being covered on the tireAfter all, most company who have a tire and wheel coverage cover a common problem as scuff marksI again brought that to his attention and he should have appropriately checked the coverage himselfI know without question Mr S*** tried to take advantage of me and my son. The fact of not having receipt from *** is unheard of Being that no receipt was given with *** name on it for the work, it seems a underhanded exchange occurredLet 's be honest,a professional transaction that was done by the books as per my warranty would have produced a receiptMy complaint does not lie with the education of employees but the lacking of a trusting and professional relationship with *** through MrS*** . I think your problem with this employee is not only a slim chance of ignorance but a untrusting salesmanI must respectfully decline your solution for education because that is not what happened at the dealershipI would respect *** if I believe ignorance of a warranty was the only issueWith that being said *** Hamilton is not ever going to get a recommendation from me ,my friends or family
