Review: Last August we used Krystle clear productions to video our wedding. We have been married for 11 months now and have made numerous phone calls to get our video and we keep getting the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like my Wedding video or a full refund.

Review: I utilized Krystle Clear Productions to photograph my wedding on April 28, 2012. Currently, I am still owed have not received my Wedding Album and thank you cards which was included in the purchase of the package and contract agreement. The last time we had contact with them was sometime in the spring, where the owner sent us a proof of the thank you card. We responded that changes need to be made as the date on the thank you card for our wedding was incorrect and we never heard back from him. I have made numerous attempts at contacting them via email and phone and have not received a response. Due to the lack of response, my spouse and I have had to purchase thank you cards ourselves.Desired Settlement: At this point, he is in breech of his own contract and I want a refund for the services he did not provide to us. I have already spent the money on thank you cards and had an album made (from a website on the internet) with the pictures he provided us.
