Kathleen S***, while she is intelligent, is unreliable and unresponsiveShe will not return a phone call and every time you call, one of her staff will answer the phone and even though they want to help, cannot always answer your questionsI have also been in a meeting with her and she smelled like alcohol and we talked about everything else except for the reason I was there, she was also minutes late to our "meeting", after discussing my experience with others, I later found out that she was an alcoholicOur taxes were given to her in early February and were not filed until after April and we were not provided with a reason why, she had already issued our copies and sent us a bill which we paid upon receipt but she waited months before efiling our tax returns and that is unacceptable as a business professionalThe office is very small, there were personal files and papers belonging to other clients laying all over her conference table which is the first thing you see when you walk through the doorAnyone could walk in and easily access all of their confidential informationI would never recommend her to anyoneDo yourself a favor and go somewhere else

As the other person had experienced, K Sams does in fact dodge phone calls and makes her front office staff deal with unhappy clients This place has messed up on our taxes for years in a row resulting in us owing a ton to the IRS If you do not know what paperwork you are having people sign then maybe you should be knowledgeable about what you are doing, you are a tax office and we are not the only people to have gotten screwed over on this issue, there are a hand full of others The office does have people's files and info scattered everywhere!!!! There is no privacy of other people's information as the other person has statedI will never go back to this tax office let alone refer them to anyone!!!!!
