I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
As indicated the builder has not returned any phone calls to even entertain to resolve the issue despite the warranty claim in the executed agreementThe water is not leaking from the door seal, as I have has it inspected by both the door manufacturer and an independent carpenter, both indicated that the doors and windows do not have drip edge and flashing to prevent water entry The builders claim that unsatisfied invoices are the motive for his lack of response to my repeated calls is completely contradictory and exemplifies his ill attempt to distract the claim from its original scope of unsatisfactory installed windows and doorsif a homeowners owned any outstanding funds to a builder, they would not be making repeating calls, emails and filing claims Regards,

I have been by mr *** property to exam the door and had discussed that the issue was do to wind driving rain causing the water to enter from the gasket of the doormr*** has been very difficult to discus things with along with having to pay outstanding invoices of which is still due
and I would agree to go back to address the problem if they were brought up to date
