The business has responded.  Please see below:We Attempted To Deliver The Merchandise To [redacted] On 7/*/2015 And When My Drivers Were Outside Her House Prior To Even Opening Or Unloading The Merchandise The Customers Husband Came Downstairs Outside The Building And Said He Didn't Want Any Floor...

Sample Both The Driver And Helper Told Him He Is Not Receiving A Floor Sample But He Refused To Listen To Them Or Even Allow Them To Bring In The Merchandise. The Living Room Set And Dining Room Set Was In Factory Packaging And Sealed Still Requiring Assembly. At That Point I Attempted To Call The Customer Over 10 Times [redacted] And Her Husband. They Ignored My Calls I Even Tried The Next Day To Contact Them And The Something They Refuse To Answer I Still Have My Floor Sample In The Showroom And Will Be Glad To Deliver The Set Again As One Of The Couple Stays In The Store While We Deliver The Merchandise. It Seems To Be That I Think This Is The Only Way [redacted] Will Understand She Is Not Gettin g A Floor Sample.

Board was installed during project, also walked property with customer to inspect and show all proposed work was complete with customer prior to payment, took pictures. Sent pictures to customer informing him he not being truthful, the 1x4 was completely installed.

Reject businesses Response because:  They have never contacted me, sent me any pictures, and we did not take a tour of the yard.  I spoke one time to the business in May 2017.  I have called at least three times and left messages, but the business did not reply.  The missing wood is still missing, and the labels are still attached to the bottom of the fence.  Let me know if you need pictures.When I did talk to business the reply was he was not about to get on his knees to remove the labels, he insisted the wood was not missing.I appreciate you helping me in this matter.  If I need to resend this information to another address or person, please let me know.
