Doug *** and KS StateBank pulled off a mortgage miracle for my family We were frustrated with our first lender and I reached out to a few others to see if I could change lenders None of them would take it because of the tight turn time Several said it was "impossible." Doug *** was calm and confident that they could make our timeline They delivered and we closed on time What's more - we received better terms including rate than our first lender saving money on the front-end and a lot more over the life of the loan!

This financial institution led us to believe that they were able to refinance our homeAt first said 20,then came up with bigger amount of 70,which was absolutely crazy We obtained everything for them appraisal, terminate inspection, well inspection mailed everything priority mail which cost a lot of money and then change everything completelyWE RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT THEY DENIED THE LOAN WITH THE WRONG AMOUNT, which in fact we told them not to proceed because of the poor customer service, wrong amounts etc I would like this fix
