Review: I paid in full to order a junior bridesmaid dress for my daughter on June *, 2015 in the amount of $221.16. I was told it would take a few months for the dress to come in and I would be contacted when it arrived. As of September **, 2015, I had not heard from the store so I pulled out my receipt and attempted to contact the store. Much to my dismay, both phone numbers had been disconnected. I then went to look up their website only to find that it too had been shut down. Today, September **, 2015, I drove to the store to speak to someone in person only to see that it had apparently been shut down. I have a devastated 11 year old that is supposed to be in a family wedding on October **, 2015 and no dress and no idea what happened. Furthermore, I have no way to contact the owners to rectify this situation. I am beyond shocked and disappointed as they have been a staple in our community for years. Please help me resolve this matter. Thank you for listening to my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you and resolving this matter quickly.Desired Settlement: I would like the dress I ordered. If that is not possible, I would like my money refunded.

Review: I ordered a bridesmaid dress 4 months ago and I just received the dress a week before the wedding. I didnt like the dress and the [redacted] who is [redacted] was very disrespectful to me. She told me to suck it up and wear the dress its only for one day. I paid $300 and paid for the alterations and she told me the seamstress couldnt do anything. Well I went on line and found a seamstress that fixed my dress. I paid an additional 130.oo to fix my dress because the seamstress couldnt do it. I went back to [redacted] to show her what the dress looks like now and she had the nerve to say the seamstress did a great job. Shouldnt an [redacted] of a store be considerate to a customer and their needs especially since I was willin to pay. I dont recommend this store to anybody who is looking for dresses for any wedding.Desired Settlement: I would like some of my money back or just the satisfaction in reporting them
