Ms [redacted] chair was reupholstered in in recycled leather for $395.00.Upon Ms [redacted] s original inquiry of fabric damage to her chair, we set up an appointment in accordance with our schedule at the timeWhen looking over the the chair we found unusual wear behind the head area There is no unusual wear anywhere elseWe do not fabricate the fabricWe purchase it from our supplierWe inquired with our supplier to find out if their had been issues or complaints about the fabricWe found none with the supplierThe problem the chair is facing is not an issue with the craftsmanship of reupholstering the chair.We are reasonable people, and have done quite a bit of business with Ms [redacted] s over the yearsWe were quite shocked she would resort in complaining to the Revdex.com about usDoing a good job at reupholstery is tedious, detail oriented, and cannot be rushedOur calendar of projects that we are currently working on is very fullWhile we always strive to accommodate our clients, we cannot bump other people ahead of schedule jobs due to a flaw in material (especially after 4+ years).If customer would have selected full grain leather originally, the cost would have been over $This was not the case, and samples of fabric are available to see, smell, and touch before orderingWe often times refer clients to take the sample books home and verify color and texture in their light and with their paint colors.Indiana Rug Co(IRC) researched full grain leather in customer's preference of light navy, and the color was unavailableIRC has offered to recover the pillow and back with the same material- recycled navy leatherWe would also replace the foam in the cushionOr she may have a full refund.It is unjust to suggest replacing the chair in the same style as the current Lane productThe value of the original job was $[redacted]
