I have tried to satisfy the customer in this case Immediately after receiving her complaints. The Job was done professionally and approved by the City of [redacted]. The manufacturer has visited The job site and approved all equipment. They had Not found any issues on workmanship or the equipment....
We will contact Mrs. [redacted] and remove equipment And give her a complete refund.
