The pictures were not part of the contract [redacted] never asked KSK Plumbing for any pictures to be taken thats why it was not stated in the contract final inspection papers are to be mailed to [redacted] also [redacted] never stated that he wanted a copy of the final inspection report thats why it wasn't listed in the contract everything that was agreed upon between KSK Plumbing and [redacted] was stated in the contract

This is in regard to the complaint on file my contract with the [redacted] was 100% completeThe had to be 100% complete because the insurance company had to send there inspector out before any check was processedI [redacted] signed a contract with [redacted] to tunnel under the residence and replace all of the existing sewer lines [redacted] signed the contract with [redacted] as a witness on 7/1/I never spoke with [redacted] about any details in regards to this contract only [redacted] I was given the insurance documentsI filled out all of the documents and we started the job lasted one weekWe signed the contract on 7/1/the work started on 7/15/and was completed on 7/22/I received my first payment from the insurance company after there inspection on 8/2/I had my inspection with the City of Kenner then I was told by the [redacted] I had to wait until the insurance company cut the final checkI held off on the paper work for my final inspection until I received my final on 9/6/After the final payment I processed the inspectionI received a phone call today from [redacted] about the final inspection and I told her from my knowledge it was finalizedSo I went to the City of Kenner this afternoon and it is finalizedThe owner never asked for any pictures until today and I told her I will mail the to her

KSK Plumbing unwillingness to resolve something this simple show the professionalism of the owner. KSK has our present mailing address which is not *** *** *** *** We paid for the camera to go into the pipes prior to him doing the work. The pictures are apart of the agreement. All plumbers that I know give proof of work that had to be done. The city of Kenner stated that it is the plumbers responsibility to give the homeowner the final inspection report. Because we do not have the pictures nor the final report please let other's know the response of both parties so that consumers can make a decision on the KSK has handle his business with a former customer

Review: KSK Plumbing owner [redacted] did not complete our job. We hired him to do underground plumbing work in May 2014. [redacted] applied and received a permit to do the work. He was told by code enforcement that he had to have a final inspection. I called [redacted] today to inform him that Kenner Code enforcement did not do a final inspection. [redacted], tells me that he did and he gave Kenner the pictures as well. He also stated that he would give me a copy of all fifteen pictures. Then he went to complaining about how long it took him to get his money. When he was hired he told my husband [redacted] that his customers like him because he like to receive all his monies once the job is finished. Whenever the insurance company would disperse a check we immediately contacted him and told him. When the insurance company took too long we contacted them and also notified him. [redacted] even spoke with our insurance company. His check was cut on 6/17/14. Let me also make mention that during this time we received a lot of rain. And once it stop [redacted] told us he had to let the ground dry out because there was water in the hole. Now our complaint with KSK [redacted] are we did not get a final inspection and he has stated he is going to make us wait like we made him wait for his check which we had no control over. Also, he was told by the inspector that he needed to sill around the tubs. We have a double he did the tub in the front apartment but did not do it in the back apartment. KSK is unprofessional and was paid in full for a completed job. Because he did not seal the tub in the back apartment I had to hire someone else to deal with moisture issue in my bathroom and kitchen wall. As of the end of the month the city of Kenner code enforcement states that our permit will be invalid. And he is pissed because we called the city to inquire if he received the final inspection report. [redacted] stated we do not have a problem when we actually do. We had to hire someone to replace those walls.Desired Settlement: We would like to have our final inspection report along with all pictures. And have this information posted for others to know who they are dealing with.
