Best company I worked with for my wedding, always replying fast, sincere and very generous with their packages. I left one review already and I’m not seeing it so I am leaving one again in hopes everyone hears how great they are. My package was priced so affordable, for the price of photo only with other companies I received albums and additional sessions and much more. I enjoyed working with them step by step, being guided by the owner of the company directly. Since our wedding few years ago we recommended them to many of our friends and family members and everyone was thrilled with them as well.
Thank you for your continuous service.

Best company I used for my wedding. Price was right, service was exceptional. This is a review that’s long past due since my wedding was in 2017 but we have recommended them to our friends and family to hear everyone loved their service. Thank you ks photo for being there for us.

Sorry I posted few reviews here not seeing my first and second showing up for the first time. All I wanted to say is thank you and make sure my comments are seen, great people and fair prices, amazing service for the price highly recommend, all 3 reviews are mine and I meant them all. They deserve ten stars in our eyes. Al and Jessie

I had filed Complaint # ***, against my photographer, Kinga S*** of KS Photo Studio on 9/11/15. I would like to inform you that Kinga finally made contact with us, provided us with a draft of our post-wedding album and promised to deliver the rest of our albums in to
days. This settlement is satisfactory to me and I'd like to ask you to please CLOSE the case that I filed against her and please do not post my complaint on your website
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I am rejecting this response because:
Our pictures have nothing to do with the actual venue but in fact these photographers not listening to meWhat photographer puts people under yellow lights to take pictures and doesn't use a flash? That's what happen hereMy guests walking into the hotel had noticed the lighting issue (as I found out after) but they said "well they are the professionals, they know what they are doing so I didn't say anything"After each picture the photographers took they looked at them in the camera, they should have noticed the yellow hue and shadows in the later picturesAlong with the photographer not listening to where I wanted pictures takenIn the back of the hotel there's a grassy area with tall evergreen trees that hide everything where our pictures were takenThat's where I told *** that I wanted to go for pictures and explained that I didn't want the windows, doors and air conditioners in our picturesShe said no let's do them here and nothing with be in the way "I promise", so that everyone doesn't have to walk thereI trusted her that nothing would be in the wayWell that was a big mistakeI have windows, doors and air conditioners in the picturesAs far as the shadows on my dress, the photographers should have seen this and suggested somewhere else to take those picturesI can't see this stuff because I'm not looking directly at itI also thought it would be great to have photographers but that turned out badWhen both photographers were together no one knew who to look at so I don't have any pictures of everyone looking at one cameraHalf are looking at one photographer and the other half looking at the otherWhen I first told this to *** (the owner) she said well look at the other folder of picturesI said what makes you think that folder would have pictures of everyone looking at the cameraI said whoever wasn't looking at the camera in ***s pictures are looking and *** camera and vice versa so her statement there makes absolutely no senseI also never said *** pictures look greatAlso all of my communication with the photographers was with *** because I could barely understand ***Also there are pictures missingI don't have the pictures of my maid of honor zipping my dressAll I have is a hand on a zipper, no faces in the picture, it could be anyone*** who was doing these pictures had my maid of honor zip and unzip my dress a few times and had us doing different posesMy maid of honor can attest to thisThese problems have nothing to do with the venue itself, they have had hundreds of wedding thereI also had another issue with *** (not directly related to actual pictures) and she's definitely a sweet talkerRight now I don't have pictures for my album because of all these issuesI'm not just going to pick pictures to put into an album that are not album worthyIf the pictures were taken by professionals they would not need to be edited. Thank you,***

To whom it may concern, The resolution is simple and was provided already on number of occasions- the client is contractually obligated to choose 85 images for their album. The clients' statement that the venue has nothing to do with the situation is simply an easy way out and the way to vent the clients' frustrations on our studio. The photographers she is stating deliver poor quality photos-work professionally for 25([redacted]) and 43 years ([redacted]), they better know what they are doing - otherwise how could 10000 other clients be so satisfied with their services throughout the years of their service- was everyone in the past simply not capable of recognizing their art and talent or was it just a fluke? They have delivered thousands of weddings and no-one has ever complained about them not being able to communicate well with clients or know how to photograph. The complaints are simply based on the clients not being happy with her original choice of the venue and perhaps with the way the Bride and Groom looked like that day, or in general. Perhaps they are not happy with themselves or their choices and they simply seek a victim to now be responsible for their choices. Again , the location can be researched on the website, everyone can judge for themselves what kind of place it is, most importantly the statement that the bride keeps repeating makes absolutely no sense- she states that she cannot find 85 images that she could use for her album out of 2500 plus photos we delivered. Something simply DOEN NOT ADD UP HERE. Lets analyze this situation for a moment- The 85 photos that would be usually used in the album consist of the following - the detail shots of flowers, rings, invite, dress, the getting ready photos of the bride and groom, the shots of the Ceremony , the few formal shots (here is when the bride would use about 2-3 photos from the location she is particularly complaining about - the photos taken indoors- the group photos of the bridal party - that were also taken in a different spot..) and of course Reception photos ... if Someone did the math intelligently - there are about 80 to 82 photos chosen from various spots of the venue , taken within 8 hour of our service at different time of the day and all different locations and 2-3 photos taken at the spot Bride complaints about. Her statement that she cannot find 85 photos is absolutely ridiculous. The resolution to this complaint is very simple and was suggested before but the bride clearly refuses to participate-We have suggested number of times that she choses 85 photos (mix variety as described above ) and we touch up gladly the few she has pointed out she would like color corrected from the concerning area inside of the venue. At that point we can deliver the final product. There is simply no intention of the bride to finalize this case. She would rather continue this negative path of complaining in which she states that not-one of the 2500 photos are good , but only 25 were taken in the spot she describes with such passion. To me it all sounds very strange. We are happy to deliver the product but we simply cannot proceed without the client's participation. Thank you for your attention. This will be the last time I comment on this insane complaint.

[redacted] I received the complaint that you have sent to me on May 5th , 2017 (Complaint ID is [redacted]).In responce to the complaint , there is A LOT OF FEEDBACK I can provide to prove that the bride SHOULD simply BE upset with THE LOCATIONS SHE HAS PICKED OUT for her wedding - not...

really the photos and the outcome of our efforts . Sometimes the clients just want to choose the Least expensive location for their wedding thinking , the photographers can “do miracles”. This was definitely the case here. The Venue is a Regular Hotel, not an actual Wedding Venue. They may be selling their location as spot for events but it is by far not "photographers friendly” spot. There isn’t a real area where we could set up the photos, such as a Gazebo, or a manicured area to take photos, mind you this was also November 5th, 2016 so even the pool that they have outside was all covered… which honesty was probably the only attractive spot near the entire hotel… . To quote the bride - she wanted the photos to be taken at the grassy area near the ever greens..That itself was not appealing at all and has fences Around it too..We had made our best efforts to take photos within the given space, however we cannot help, there is fences all around the hotel, and bad lighting inside- also that  there is air conditioners, and that there are doors everywhere. its a Hotel at the end of the day ...In her complaint- The bride is describing a NORMAL HOTEL- as she is giving you the description of her backgrounds. Simply thats what Hotels are. Non-descript, unappealing , simple buildings -serving main purpose- sleep people over - not provide beautiful backgrounds for photos…   I researched the location myself , I even went there to look around after I have heard the complaints and I would love to share the feedback with you so you could personally justify the space. Below I provide -the direct website address to the Hotel of the bride’s choosing. There is absolutely no mention that it is a wedding venue, only a Hotel, a Bar , a conference center suited for business functions. Only at the bottom of their website you see a tiny mention of a room that holds 250 people and the wedding menu link is there, which if you click on that - nothing comes up but an empty - white page. My sincere guess is that [redacted]’s wedding was probably one of the very few wedding events that has ever taken place in this hotel. No offense to anyone but this is simply not a venue set up to cater wedding events, but a mundane, average hotel, not made for beautiful wedding and wedding photos… We all should agree that the photographers are pros but NOT miracle workers and we can only deal with whats available and offered to us within a particular spot/ location / area…In this particular case, We were put in a predicament to make a space that is impossible to be photographed nicely to be a perfect wedding spot with all the bells and wissels… Now, lets talk MORE ABOUT THE ACTUAL FACTS  NOT MADE UP ACCUSATIONS… I am in this business for almost 20 years. We treat all of our clients with respects and the highest regards. I do have the communication with the bride via email chain and all she was talking about months prior to the wedding was the usb with her Engagement photos and then about her timeline. It was actually me who had to request the exact address of the location - since she has never provided that , only the name of the Hotel. But as I am sure you know, there is a number of hotels in each town. We can never be too sure this was the exact one , without the exact address confirmation. I asked her that few times by the time we got final confirmation. We have talked about the timeline of the wedding over and over - even at the engagement session. I provided feedback on timeline ahead of time -first I always go over timeline when we first meet and go over details regarding the contract and packages offered.. and then again a couple of times throughout the process of planning and even at the Engagement session, we had that conversation again walking back to the car after the shoot... We reconfirm details days prior to the event because in our business we have seen unthinkable and clients often change their getting ready locations , and even they venues days prior… We have to make sure everyone is on the same page- thats why we repedetly go over these details even days prior. Next, but probably the most important- IS THE BRIDE’S REQUEST FOR US TO RETOUCH HER PHOTOS. When we first met and discussed the details of us serving the client as their wedding photographers we present them with the contract, which is very detailed and straight forward. In the contract - paragraph 8 - Retouching -we explain in detail how we go about our retouching. We only touch up the images that are chosen for their album (and that only refers to us touching up the shine on the client’s faces and fly aways, not extended retouch , such as change of backgrounds , etc… )We do not retouch all of  their photos, or even some of them . We are not responsible for the location of client’s choosing - if they choose to spend less funds on the wedding location and they decide to go with the least expensive spot in town , we cannot be held responsible to fix and beautify the location. I even offered to retouch a few to show the bride that the images she chooses for her album will get further color corrected and that we can blur the background in a few if she wanted to make it all so perfect- and that was an exception on my part already. Trying to help her out.. (considering the location did not offer any pretty backgrounds to choose from )But we do not retouch all of the photos and we will not retouch any further considering that it apparently became our responsibility to fix the mistakes made by the client in the first place- which is CHOOSING A QUALITY LOCATION FOR THEIR EVENT..Once I received the call from the bride after the wedding in which she stated she was not happy with the photos , I told her that I will look closely at all of the photos and I did, they all look very good, there are over 2500 great shots!!!She even admitted that she did not like the photos she HAS SEEN till then - meaning the photos THAT [redacted] took , but then she confirmed that the other photographer's photos WERE GREAT. In later stages of the process she has modified her opinion stating all photos need to be retouched or she wants her money back…We do not retouch the photos and thats simply because it takes long long hours to even touch up one, not to mention hundreds or thousands like in this case per bride’s request unless she is willing to accept the billable charge, which is clearly stated in our contract. The work is done to the highest standards considering the expressions provided by the clients and the location chosen by them to begin with…I will attach a few photos of the bride and the groom if you would like for your reference-  please advise. To further explain my position in this matter and to provide a resolution to this conflict - The contract simply states that we we cannot produce the final product- "album and thank you cards" until we receive 85 of the clients' favorites that will be used for their album…UNTIL THE CLIENT CHOOSES THE 85 IMAGES FOR THEIR ALBUM, WE WILL BE ABLE TO COLOR CORRECT THOSE FURTHER AND WE WILL BE ABLE TO BLUR THE BACKGROUNDS IN A FEW , I ALSO SHOWED HER A FEW AS EXAMPLES. WE WILL NOT HOWEVER TAKE THOUSANDS OF PHOTOS AND RETOUCH THEM BECAUSE THE CLIENTS WERE TO CHEAP TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL WEDDING VENUE FOR THEIR EVENT. IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX SOMEONES MISTAKES. AS OF US RETURNING HER THE MONEY - THAT WOULD ONLY PROVE -EVEN FURTHER- THAT NOW SINCE EVERYTHING IS SET AND DONE (WEDDING IS OVER ) THEY WANT MORE MONEY RETURNED TO THEM AND HAVE THEIR VENDORS TO WORK FOR FREE. WE HAVE DELIVERED EVERYHTING THAT WAS PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT - TILL TODAY, WITH EXCEPTION FOR THEIR ALBUM - SINCE TILL TODAY WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE 85 OF THEIR FAVORITES SO WE CANNOT DESIGN THE ALBUM AND THEN COLOR CORRECT THE IMAGES AND WITH THE BRIDE’S APPROVAL  SEND FOR PRINTING AND BINDING. THIS IS OUR REGULAR TURN OF ACTIONS… CLIENTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR FAVORITES SO WE KNOW WHICH TO USE IN THE ALBUM. THERE ARE PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM AND AGAIN I WILL BE HAPPY TO SHOW YOU AND THE WORLD ALL OF THE PHOTOS IF NEEDED. SO THE STATEMENT THAT THERE IS NOTHING TO CHOOSE FROM IS RIDICULOUS..UP UNTIL TODAY, WE HAVE DELIVERED THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION , AS PER CONTRACT, THE PHOTOS FROM THAT SESSION, THE 2 PHOTOGRAPHERS AT THEIR WEDDING AND 2500 PLUS PHOTOS (USB WITH HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES )  AND THE SAVE THE DATE CARDS-  EVERYTHING AS SCHEDULED AND AGREED IN THE CONTRACT-AND EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN FULFILLMENT OF THE CONTRACT WAS WAS DELIVERED , AGAIN WITH EXCEPTION FOR ALBUMS AND THANK YOU CARDS- SINCE WE DON’T HAVE THE CLIENTS CHOICES JUST YET. WE CANNOT PROCEED WITH THE FINAL STAGES OF PRODUCTION UNTIL WE RECEIVE A USB WITH 85 HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES COPIED FROM OUR USB TO THE NEW, WHICH SHULD BE MAILED TO US AND THE 1-3 IMAGES THEY CHOSE FOR THEIR THANK YOU CARDS- SO WE CAN PROCEED WITH THEIR FINAL PRODUCTS DESIGN AND PRINTING....  FOR YOUR REFERENCES, I AM ATTACHING THE CONTRACT, SO YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF THAT IT IS VERY SPECIFIC AND DIRECT AND DESCRIBES THE RETOUCHING IN DEPTH. IT ALSO LISTS ALL THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROMISED TO THE CLEINT. THEIR REQUEST TO RETURN THE MONEY IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND THEY SHOULD SEEK THE REFUNDS SOMEWHERE ELSE - LIKE THE VENUE NOT US… I HOPE I WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE THE PROPER PERSPECTIVE FOR YOU, IN REGARDING THIS MATTER. WE ARE A BUSINESS IN GREAT STANDING . THOUSANDS OF SATISFIED CLIENTS A YEAR APPRECIATE OUR EFFORTS BUT ONLY THE ONES THAT TRULY TRY TO MAKE THE PROCESS THE CHEAPEST ONE THEY CAN, FIND OUT AT THE END THAT THEY HAVE MADE MISTAKES IN THE INITIAL STAGES OF PLANNING AND THEN THEY TRY TO BLAME IT ON THE WRONG POPLE. AGAIN THE PHOTOGRAPHERS DOCUMENT THE REALITY- THEY CANNOT CREATE AN IMAGINARY WORLD WITHOUT FENCES AND AIR CONDITIONERS WITHIN THE SPACE THATS FULL OF THEM. WE ARE NOT MIRACLE MAKERS.Regards, [redacted]
