Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us as to why the service you received on 07/21/did not meet your expectations We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you It is our company philosophy to do what is in the best interest of the customer, not to push salesI was out of the country the entire week of 07/17/until 07/25/ Any email that was sent would have went directly to me and no one else in the office had access to it, my office secretaries did not receive any phone calls or messages I did not see the complaint from the customer until 07/25/At Miami Heating & Cooling we pride ourselves in keeping our customers satisfied, and in this case, unfortunately we have failed to do so After speaking with the technician and reviewing the diagnostic reports, we do believe the technician could have misdiagnosed the problem with the system, and while this is not something we normally deal with, we would like to do what we can to correct this issue We would be happy to send back the original $check Again, we appreciate your business and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you
