I have been speaking with my Manager regarding this experience and I absolutely think it could have been handled in a different manner. I see now that we can certainly improve on how we can handle future reservations of large groups. I appreciate [redacted] bring this to my attention as I am now able to improve on this part of my business.
I would like the opportunity to turn this experience into a positive one for [redacted] and be able to give him the best Pizza Delight dining experience we have to offer. I have placed a certificate in the mail to [redacted] home address that he provided on our web site so that he and his family will hopefully return.

Thank you very much for contacting me through the Revdex.com. I hope this does impart better business practices and training with regards to large group reservations and also training on how to deal with customer experiences. I greatly appreciate the currently mailed certificate and by the response from the owner of Pizza Delight Gander. Hopefully we will have better service in the near future.
