I had KT do work at my property, my neighbors property and my partners property. In all cases Ken and Tony began their work as if they knew what they were doing... In all cases they left jobs unfinished and walked away with our money. KT ARE rip-off-artists (with a smile). Do not hire these shysters - they WILL rip you off! Let's shut these guys down ASAP so no one else gets "taken for a ride."

Mr Kenneth T [redacted] did return to the job site a couple of times and did put some silicone at the joints that were leaking immediately after they were installedThe silicone clearly did not help and it left an even more awful looking jobThe aesthetics, craftsmanship, sizing, and placement of down spouts were done very poorlyAlthough attempts to correct the leaks were done it did not correct any of the issues nor did make us feel any better about spending $with the companyWe would have been better off without any gutters at all and keeping the $in our possessionMore pics can be sent if needed/wanted

1,to start Rain gutters put on both main & guest house, final 1,was paid evening of finished job date One week later it rained and multiple leaks were made evident Company notified they returned times within a 1-month period in attempt to stop multiple leaks White silicone was use on nearly all joints - made aesthics of gutters look horrible [redacted] was called out for evaluation/opinion & they would not touch existing gutters unless it was during removal A statement in writing from [redacted] was given stating the wrong size placement, aesthetics, etcthat will cause major damage to siding/foundation Need my money back!

to install gutters for a woman who requested gutter installation on November 29, We got paid for installation of new gutters and other materials purchased at Home DepotProject was finished on December 02, Customer was agreeable to the completion and we were paid our laborOn February 24, 2017, I received a phone call from my customer stating that her gutters were leakingI and my partner went back to Los Lunas and re-caulked, feet of white aluminum gutters, down spouts, and joining elbows and flexible elbowsI got another phone call from my customer on March 28, stating she had leaks againI was getting ready to go back to Los Lunas when several days passed and my son, *** *** *** passed away on March 31, I did not make it back to Los Lunas due to making funeral arrangementsMy customer showed up at my son's reception (about a week later) and I re-assured her that I will be making a trip to Los Lunas to take care of the leaksI did make it to Los Lunas on May 11, by myself and purchased more durable water proof caulking and re-sealed all joining elbows and gutters, down spouts, and flexible elbowsSincerely, Kenneth T***

I hired Kenneth T***, DBA KT Remodeling, to re-roof my large patio roof He was supposed to remove the existing tar paper/cover and replace with pro panel (metal) roofing After he was done the first and subsequent rains created very large leaks in my roof These leaks are ruining my interior roof and wallsMy son contacted him to get it fixed and MrT*** told him to * Off This work is supposed to be warranted years labor years on the metal roof We are elderly and cannot get on the roof to inspect I had another contractor inspect the work and he said MrT*** failed to take the metal roofing to the house roof and tried to cover it with a jagged sheet of tar paper, and there is no way to keep water out as it currently exists

We would have been better off without any gutters at all and keeping the $2400 in our possession. More pics can be sent if needed/wanted.
