I am rejecting this response because: The business response is accurate but neglects key details I was told that I was not needed as the person who was coming "could handle it." I asked four times for hose testI was told that the person who was coming to the house would bring his own hose to conduct the testWhen he was finished, he said he did not conduct the test because based on the pictures I provided the water looked like it was coming from the windowNumerous people, including my general contractor and another waterproofing company told me that it would be highly unusual for water to be coming in through the windowsThe other waterproofing company said it was unusual for the company to not do a hose test for the customer with a lifetime warrantyAgain, I asked for a hose testThey came out and did not do one because they said the sump pump was badMy contractor went in the next day to find that the sump pump was fine but the breaker was tripped.I I again asked for hose test and was told that this would cost $

I purchased the service of basement waterproofing from KT in May of The price included a lifetime warrantyIn the last two months, I have had water in the basementI have not been able to contact the company to arrange for them to repair the problemAfter numerous calls, they texted me to say that they were on vacation and would call me to schedule on July 17thThey did not call or respond to my calls or textsI also emailed to no availThe inability to get the water problem taken care of is holding up the sale and inspection of the house

When he was finished, he said he did not conduct the test because based on the pictures I provided the water looked like it was coming from the window. Numerous people, including my general contractor and another waterproofing company told me that it would be highly unusual for water to be coming in through the windows. The other waterproofing company said it was unusual for the company to not do a hose test for the customer with a lifetime warranty. Again, I asked for a hose test. They came out and did not do one because they said the sump pump was bad. My contractor went in the next day to find that the sump pump was fine but the breaker was tripped.I I again asked for hose test and was told that this would cost $50.

The business owner has been out to the consumer's house.  The consumer has left the door open for him, but was not there.  The business owner was there for 2 hours, but the consumer never showed up.The water is coming in from around the window.  This is not covered under warranty.The...

business had an appointment with the consumer for Monday, August 21st.  The consumer wanted a hose test, which takes an hour and 20 minutes.  The business informed the consumer that there would be a $50 service charge if the test confirmed that the water was coming from the window.  The consumer opted to do the hose test himself.  There has not been any further contact from the consumer.
