I went to KTattoos after seeing a friends tattoo that the owner [redacted] didI went in and he refreshed an old tattoo for me and I loved it! So I made an appointment for my next tattooA few days before my appointment, I noticed on their Facebook page that someone was upset that he missed their appointmentI called to confirm my appointment, and was told that [redacted] was out and took his appointment book with him, and they didn't know who to call to cancel appointments with So I waited...when I found he was back to work, I made another appointmentThen his mother passed [redacted] completely acceptable reason for a cancellation So I waited...when I found he was back to work again, I made another appointmentI'd been looking forward to this for months at this point, and about five minutes away from the shop (October 5, 2013), I got a phone call telling me that he was running FOUR HOURS behind and would I mind if someone else would do my tattoo? YesI mind So [redacted] got on the phone and I explained to him that this is the third time my appointment with him has been canceled, only one of those times is completely understandableHe asked me if I could come in at 10:AM the next day (October 6, 2013) - he swore he would be there to get this done and would even give me 1/off my tattoo So I wentAt 10:I got to the parking lot to find the building still locked upAnd I waitedI called to make sure someone hadn't gone in a back door and was waiting for me to show upNo one answeredI sent a message on Facebook and have never received a response At 11:AM two vehicles pulled up - one being an artist that was coming in to work, and I believe the other was [redacted] and his wifeAs soon as they saw me sitting there, they turned out of the parking lot and leftWhen I went in and spoke with the artist that was there, she told me [redacted] had a scratchy throatShe 'attempted' to call him but said his phone was going directly to voicemailShe offered to do my tattoo, but not being familiar with her work, I opted not to I have friends that go to other artists at Kand they have not had these issuesAnd while the wait to get [redacted] to do your tattoo is worth it, the headache for the no-show appointments is NOTThis is the poorest customer service I have had the displeasure of dealing with in a long time
