I am rejecting this response because:My apologies for the delayed response. After reading the statement KTM wrote, there are several comments that are unfortunately untrue. During the initial damage to the rain gutters on the corner of my home, the equipment operator used the bucket of his equipment to "try and fix it"which caused more damageThis was repaired after what I thought was a lengthy waitAt this time, 11/30/2017, my garage is still in need of being fixed.I am concerned about the comment " The contractor came back on the scheduled time and was chased off the property not allowing them to perform the work."I'm afraid that was a misrepresentation of what happenedThe gentleman who showed up had the wrong work ordersWe discussed different options and both agreed for him to talk with his superior, re-examine the orders and come backI never heard back from this gentleman.Lastly, I would like to say that I would appreciate KTM to be professional and take responsibility for the damage that their company caused.Thank you,*** ***

While KTM was working on ***'s mothers driveway our equipment operator was in a very tight spot and bumped a rain gutter on her mothers houseA little while later in the same spot the garage was touched and a small amount of damaged occuredA short time later we notified *** that we wish to
look at the problem areas and figure out a way to rectify the damageAt this time we came to agree how KTM will go about the fix.KTM had a licsenced contractor veiw the site and set up a time that they would be back to fix the rain gutterThe contractor came back on the scheduled time and was chased off the property not allowing them to perform the work

After the contractor was chased off the property, KTM followed up with the reasoning, and came to the conclusion that *** was not in the proper frame of mind at the time A representative from KTM then set up a site visit with another licensed contractor to look at the work. When the visit with ***, KTM, and the Contractor was finished, they agreed on a time to complete the work ( rain gutters on the house ) This contractor does not fix fascia, so is only able to complete the work on the houseThe rain gutters were repaired as scheduled In the meantime, KTM has had two licensed contractors go to the house to look at the fascia repairs to the garage Both contractors refused to do the work because of ***’s behavior toward themThis has left KTM in a pickle If *** is chasing off contractors, how many times can we keep looking for a contractor to do the work? Also added the contractors that were asked to look at the work are people KTM has working relations with, and are highly recognized in the business community KTM will still try to get a contractor to the residence and hopefully, rectify the problem as soon as possible Thank you
