I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11634334, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As of today 8/23/2016 I haven't gotten any check yet.

typically do this is why we have the child try the class first, see if the child enjoyed the class and go over the contract completely before signing. I let her know that since she had just signed up that we would use her initial payment to void the entire contract and no further payments would be required. She then stated that in the state of California she has 3 days to cancel a contract and get a refund. This was something I needed to confirm as this has never been the case in the past. After looking further into California State Law the customer is being issued a refund check with a letter of cancellation that is to be signed by both parties.
