With regards to your letter of complaint filed by the above referenced, [redacted]. Please accept our many apologies for the trouble caused to you by this error. We are fully aware of the situation and have...

taken action several times to resolve this matter with Mrs. [redacted]. When Mrs. [redacted]'s consigned her items to be auctioned she signed a consignment agreement fully stating the terms and fees for the consignment. She was fully aware that if an item didn't sell that she had 14 business days to pick up the unsold item(s) or we disposed or donated the item(s). Mr [redacted] is a very well respected and very well liked business owner in this community with very high standards for customer satisfaction. Mr. [redacted] offered Mrs. [redacted] one of the paintings back that he had personally went and bought back from the person that had purchased it at the auction, and she refused stating that sh wanted the other one back. And we had called and left several voicemails prior to donating (disposing) of the unwanted items that didn't sell. And as far as the values of any auction item, unless we have a signed contract of reserve pricing, every consignee is made full aware that the items can and [redacted] go for fair market value. And Mrs. [redacted] did not want a reserve on any of her items and nor do we have a contract of reserve pricing on file for Mrs. [redacted] for her items that were to be auctioned on 5/22/2014. Mr. [redacted] offered her $60.00, which is more than she had made consigning. We cannot store items for long periods because we do very high volumes of merchandise as well as music shows. Again we apologize for the troubles this has caused and we have tried repeatedly to resolves this matter with Mrs. [redacted].

Dear Ms. [redacted],
In response to your letter, 3-27-15. I never signed any type of agreement with Mr. [redacted] (which wasn't smart on my part); nor did I make a list of what was to be auctioned. Others told me it would be between @2000.00 - $4000.00.
He never called me except to return my calls, which were several and he always said he would get back to me as he was still trying to find the paintings and he was trying to get ready for another auction.
He did offer a painting to me one time but it wasn't mine. I even took a book on [redacted]'s painting to show him a picture of it. As the cover was the same as my painting.
I chose Mr. [redacted] because of my circumstances realizing I would make less money but did feel I would get a return. I recieved 799.99 total and no record of the sale of either paintings or uniforms.
I was never told anything about a 14 day return policy and one reason I chose him was because I didn't have means to pick up any left over merchandise and he came to my home to pick up my deceased husbands tools and things that I didn't know how to handle.

I am sticking with my original statement. Basically I am through with this.

SR. ANCHOR MIS-REPRESENTS CUSTOMER COMPLAINT TO BOOST KTVK 3 ON YOUR SIDE RATINGS & BULLIES SMALL WOMAN OWNED BUSINESS! I have a small business of 20+ years. KTVK 3 On Your Side took the side of a 20-something client who mass blogged on 40+ sites to slander my reputation after he entered into a contract with my company. He became abusive and harassing and police were called. He made threats demanding a refund which we considered extortion. We had explained in a calm and professional manner to the client that there were extenuating circumstances and we wanted to resolve the issue in small claims. This enraged the client. Because of the mass blogs we obtained an injunction of harassment against the client. When the owner explained the service took longer because it was one of our high volume months, and a personal tragedy took place--a news media covered personal tragedy in the Mesa area (Mesa man takes his own life after holding a family member hostage, badly beating/injuring the sister and destroying the sister's home) to the Head Anchor/on-air-talent, he said he did not care about any circumstances and the story was running. The lead anchor was bullying, abusive and accusatory, never willing to listen to our side of the story and stating "everything you say is a lie". Worst of all, 3 On Your Side aired misleading lead-ins hour-on-the-hour to hype the segment days before the story ran which served to further mislead the public claiming that "valley woman takes $300 from valley man". In fact, we have been established well-trained professionals for 20+ years here in the valley. During one of the client's calls to us he said he would "write all over your [redacted] page" and blog all over the Internet about the company. He followed through on all threats. The news anchor knew of all these circumstances yet he took the word of this person who we know to have willfully committed slander, misrepresentation and defamation. The anchor took the word of this 20-something client over the business owner of our company who has a good reputation in the community and is well known for volunteer work for over a decade with valley non-profits such as [redacted], local Women's Shelter, as well as a well-known underemployment non-profit for single moms in Mesa, AZ to name a few. For more than a decade we maintained an A plus to A rating with the Revdex.com. We emailed KTVK 3 On Your Side asking to remove the video after two years on the Internet. The lead anchor did return an email to us stating that he could not help us because he did not remember the company or the company owner's name (we copied/pasted a link of the video to reference to exact video for removal). I am requesting that 3 On Your Side remove the video from the Internet asap.
