[redacted] The broker Cara Mwill not return your call or email replyYou will waste your time waiting for policy set up and at the end after so many follow ups you will get no where [redacted] *I GAVE THEM MORE THAN WEEKS TO WORK ON MY QUOTE AND POLICY SET UP AND AT THE END I DID NOT GET ANY WHERE WITH THIS COMPANY [redacted]

I filled out all information online and got a reference number to call themGot a quote over the phone then I sent all documents required and tell them to go aheadAfter that I had to wait for almost a whole week and during the period the agent promised to call me three times but never didFinally on a Friday he called and do a voice recording over the phone as the digital signature to confirm everythingI was told to expect a email confirmation no later than MondayAgain, I haven't received any feedback so far and it's already almost end of Tuesday Because my insurance policy renewal date is almost here so I'm wondering whether they are trying to wait me out so that they can raise my premium at the last minute so that I don't have the time to check elsewhere

Due to KTX brokers not providing me legal documentation past the date of Sept 13, I was forced to register to my previous insurance company at a higher rateWith the miscommunication from KTX brokers I will am being Charged $for one month's worth of auto insuranceCalls to KTX at the time was not returned and the insurance company [redacted] advised I was not one of their customers

Today I went to kanetix.ca and went through a commercial auto quote for my businessI then called ktx brokers to speak to the commercial brokerI believe his name was justinWhen I told him I did a quote online, having entered in everything the right way, I got a good price and wanted to go ahead with a policy
The broker, justin, told me the car I was trying to insure was not the right type of car for my businessHe told me that I should have a pick up truckI really didn't know what else to say to him after that, it left me speechlessEither he was busy, lazy, or not wanting to entertain more business but he was definitely quite rude over the phone and told me to call someone else
The funny thing is, I know these guys work with ***, and a few hours later I got an insurance policy with *** through another brokerSo, it is definitely possible
I have always been a fan of kanetix, but the commercial auto guy for ktx brokers, justin was his name, was disappointing

I phoned to confirm a quote and RYAN gave me less than the quote He was very pleasant with me I phoned my insurance company and they lowered the price for me otherwise I would definitely go with KTX because of the service I got

Payment for premium for the year was told would come when the policy was set up...money was in the accountTurns out they tried to withdraw it months AFTER, at that point I had forgotten about itI made arrangements for them to take the payment out again in Octoberthey didn't attempt until a full month after the date arrangedI found out by a policy cancellation letterI spoke with the insurance company directly and they stated the payment issues wasn't my fault as the funds were available at the time the withdrawal was supposed to happenNow I'm being billed a $fee to get it reinstated by the brokerageIf you like chasing a non-caring brokerage, go with these guys...guranteed to waste your time! Imagine if I ever needed to file a claim! ***
