Kualoa is kind of shady the way they price their packages, DO NOT book a 3 activity package if you're planning on going to the secret beach, they bait and switch on this and tell you the beach counts as 2 activities at check-in therefor you only get 2 activities with the 3 activity package. You would be wise to book a 2 activity package and save yourself $35.00/person. When I had the nerve to ask them about this their answer was " We appreciate your inquiry thanks for visiting the website. " We feel that we were taken for a ride to the tune of $220, so we paid $70 per person for a $35 activity. In addition to this our scheduled lunch time was 10:30 am, REALLY? we just ate breakfast 3 hours ago. This is completely unacceptable, I wonder how much money they take in annually with their bait and switch tactics, seems like there should be a class action here.
