I am responding to [redacted] complaintWe subscribe to two online parts services where consumers can enter Information and search for their own partsThese online services access ONLY priced parts and automatically upload them to their database from our serverMr [redacted] search on one of those sites that pulled up our inventory was for a Hydraulic ABS Unit which we did have In stock and priced We offer a Pick and Pull price for our local customers that will be removing the part themselves and a full service price for customers who need us to remove the Item.That was explained and Mr [redacted] purchased the Hydraulic ABS Unit at the full service priceWe received a phone call days later where he claimed we shipped him the incorrect partWe did not,we shipped him the exact part that he located himself online and orderedThe part he needed was an ABS hydraulic Brake Booster not the Hydraulic ABS UnitThe part that he needs is not a part we have priced in our system therefore they are not accessed and advertised by the online services.We informed him we do have the item he needs and upon receipt of the ABS Unit we will not only honor the same price (the part he needs is more expensive), as a courtesy we are willing to ship It at our expenseAll Mr [redacted] has to do Is return the part he ordered IncorrectlyHe has refused to do so and is demanding we ship him another part at no charge without returning the original ItemYou cannot order from any online retailer and expect them to send a different Item at no charge before they have possession of the returned original Item.Our return policy states we pay return shipping is If we are at faultIf we had shipped the wrong Item or a defective Item we would pay return shippingWe do not pay return shipping on Items ordered In errorThe Item he Is claiming he ordered is not one that we have listed on any online part search service so he was never accessing the part he needs In our InventoryHe was sent exactly what we had listed for sale online.We have been in business for 70+ years and have engaged In business practices that have been fair and honestMr [redacted] allegation that we purposely send heavier parts so people won't return them Is absurdThe owner only gets Involved In legitimate warranty Issues, he does not get Involved with policy issues such as thisOur salesmen are responsible to uphold our policies and Terry, Mr [redacted] salesman,has done so very well for over years with our company.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,

The business called and I spoke with Craig, he was very irate and stated that he has done all that he is willing to do, the customer is full of it, and he does not care what Revdex.com's decision will be and hung up the phone

I DID NOT ORDER INCORRECTLY!!!!!!I searched for 'Power Brake Booster' on Car-Parts.com, attached is the search results screen It clearly shows the part listing, Power Brake Booster, as listed by application NOWHERE does it say ABS or PUMP I called the number listed, and VERBATUM, I said, "I need to order a hydraulic power brake booster for a Chevy Astro I have ordered hundreds of these over the years from various yards I say the same thing EVERY time I say Hydraulic Power Brake Booster, mainly because I don't want a vacuum booster sent by accident This is the first time I have ever received an ABS pump They look nothing alike On top of that, the part was listed for $ On the invoice the ABS pump came with, it clearly was listed with a higher price than the Hydrobooster even with shipping, so it clearly was not my mistake I also made it very clear every time I called that I would be HAPPY to send the ABS pump back but I will NOT pay to ship it back myself I ordered a "Hydraulic Power Brake Booster", as said exactly, and I received an ABS pump This is very easy You send me a call tag, and I will box it up and send it on it's way for my full refund Your argument that I ordered incorrectly is literally impossible based on what I needed and what I use them for In no way shape or form would I EVER need or order an ABS pump, and even if I did need one, I would have searched for an ABS pump, not a Power Brake Booster Send me a call tag and I will send the part back Otherwise, this is fraud You intentionally send me a more expensive part knowing full well that most people won't pay to send it back
