(KCC) has reviewed our records and confirmed that KCC provided Ms. [redacted] with an email notification and written correspondence on August... 28, 2017 informing her of the past due August payment. The written notification warned her of the possible impact to her credit if she did not make her payment.KCC is unable to make any changes to Ms. [redacted] credit reporting. If Ms. [redacted] provides additional information, KCC will reopen the matter.KCC has concluded its investigation regarding Ms. [redacted] credit reporting and the results have been mailed to her.
