Kudra Furs

Review: A full length Ranch Mink Coat was taken to Kudra Furs of Trenton located at [redacted] for repair and storage. When time to retrieve the coat for the winter wear, the store owner [redacted] Kudra could not locate my coat. I have the ticket receipt order\repair number given to me by Mr. Kudra. Mr. Kudra further explained that the coat was probabaly at his Newton, PA store located at [redacted] which now turns out to be his cousin [redacted] Kudra's store. I involved my insurance company in this matter in hopes they would be able to have Mr. Kudra locate and return the coat. That was to no avail. Mr. Kudra again indicated to Liberty Mutual that he was having trouble locating the coat in he would have it in two weeks and it was at his factory. Further attempts were made with no success. I next spoke with [redacted] Kudra who indicated that he would try to assist in having his cousin locate the coat. Still no coat. Next, I contact ABC action news consumer division to assist. The reached Mr Kudra who again indicated to them that he needed the ticket number again and that he would be retrieving the coat. That was two weeks ago. I spoke with Mr. Kudra on Tuesday February 17, 2015 in which he again asked for the ticket numbe and indicated that he would try to locate the coat within the week. It is now February 26, 2015 and I still have no coat. I have the oringinal repair ticket that was issued and the cancelled check for servicing. I want my coat back or for Mr. Kudra to supply me with a coat of the same caliber of my full length ranch mink coat. The coat was purchased many years ago and will be hard for me to locate the receipt. I will try to reach out to the credit card company in which I think I may have charged the coat. The coat was purchased in [redacted] Please assist me in retrieving this precious coat. This business supplied coats to the "[redacted] Pageant".
