I am the hoa president of a small condominium complexWhen searching for a new HOA we contacted *** ManagementWe spoke with the Vice President and although their company sounded wonderful, it was a little to expensive for usWe successfully negotiated a contract and were very happy until we found that there were countless " hinden" charges, they literally nickel and dime you to deathThey also neglected to tell us that because we were not paying the full door price that the amount of time our "portfolio manager " could donate to our complex was limited
Because of this company our complex suffered greatlyWe had a storm and are ocean frontOur insurance claims were not handled correctlyMany of the documents we needed to file claims correctly were stored somewhere out of stateOur manager was managing other large properties and could not possibly do justice for all of us*** is a Hugh company and you will become nothing more than a number on a sheet of paperYou should avoid doing business with this company at all costs
It took me weeks of contacting the company AFTER I filled out their maintenance request form to get a contractor to call me I was told in the email that my request would be taken care of- they then sent my request to the contractor for different things then what was to be done When I called to question it- I was told too bad- we did all we couldReally? I pay every month and expect better service- I am your costumer- I expect to be treated with respect which I was notI've never had to call a company times to get my problem resolved- my time is valuable- but not to *** obviouslyWe have a neighborhood manager supposedly- I was NEVER given the option to speak to him- was told he was at lunch- was told he wasn't there- every excuse under the sun

This HOA managment company is awful! I was told that they could do nothing about a Rotwiler being walked at the pool / playground without a leash. The pool is dirty. The common grounds are unkempt and there are dog droppings all over the place. No effort on their part to find solutions to homeowners concerns at all!
