Tell us why here...We, Kugman Inc, never sold Mr [redacted] a Cadillac.? We sold him a Cadi CTS on 2/27/2017.? It was repossessed due to failure to provide car insurance and delinquency on 07/29/2016.? When the car was repossessed my tow driver told me it had front end damage.? Mr [redacted] had attempted to make an insurance claim for this accident .This damage was pre-existing to the repo.? We are not proceeding with any suit or effort to collect a deficiency balance.? Ms [redacted] purchased an Chevrolet on Nov 23, for $4, The car came with a day 50-guaranty meaning that the drive train was covered for thirty days or miles She stated that the transmission was "going out" we referred her to precission transmission They indicated that there was a malfunction code for the transmission We agreed to honor the warranty and pay halfof the repair This was what our warranty states and she agreed to it We are honoring our warranty and there is no agreement that provides for a refund of the purchase price In addition we gave Ms [redacted] a special price since we know her father Respectfully yours, [redacted] , pres Kugman Inc
