Hired this company to do work and 1 all the work wasn't completed 2. he damaged things while doing work 1 being cutting our internet and cable services and didn't tell me also didn't call diggers hotline before starting work. Refuses to pay for the charges I got charged to have a new cable put in to resume my services. Communication was horrible, blocked us from communicating with him when brought up the problems said the case was closed. Then started lying saying he said things he didn't.
Complaint is from Brother in law and his wife. They agreed to a $50 refund on the non-completed tree stump removal and were issued a check when they were presented with the invoice. They also agreed to replacement of damaged decorative molding on screen door by Kuhl PM. They now have denied both agreements, and unfortunately have made personal attacks against my wife who is not an employee of the company and has nothing to do with day to day activities. This is an unfortunate family matter, and it is regrettable they have decided not to honor what was agreed upon.
Upon further discussions with family members, we will accept their request for further discounts of $245.58 be added to original invoice under the condition that brother in law Brandon and his wife Heather no longer contact the company for favors and acknowledge their ban from the company Facebook page for damaging and libelous behavior will remain in place. This should fully resolve their complaint. Thank you,Kuhl Property Maintenance, LLC.
