My car been at this place for a month. Each day I'm told my car will be ready it's not ready but I don't learn this info until I call ready to come
I dropped my car off on 10-7. An adjuster went out 48 hours later. I was told my car would be ready on 11-1. I called the day before it will be ready Monday. I call Monday the car was going in to be painted the car will be ready on 11-6. Call today the car won't be ready until Thursday the car still is not painted. I got a survey on Friday asking about the service as my car is finished. My issue is nobody calls to say the car ready. They know ifs going to be ready or not. I called Kevin and left a voicemail. I asked for a Gm and I can't get him.

This was a big job putting 2 used quarter panels on. This had to go to to service for alignment. At alignment shop now and coming back for inspection today. There was a delay in painted pinstripe graphic. Hope to be calling the consumer later today to return the vehicle.

I need my car to make money. I was told my car was going to be ready Nov. I have been without a car 7 weeks. I have lost my job. It's either I pay Kuhn and my car still get repoed. That's ok keep the car, tomorrow the car is 2 months past due and will be out for repo. I have 2 kids and every bill I have is past due. Let me know if you need to see bank accounts and bills. I can't afford to pay $1100 and keep the car. Thanks for ruining my life. I only had the car 4 weeks you guys have had it longer than I have own the car
Mrs. vehicle is ready and they haven't picked up yet. I have made an adjustment in there billing due to some extended days to repair.

I was offered $350 off my bill, after I was screwed around for 7 weeks. I explained how dire the need for my car was. Now I have lost my job and now I'm losing everything. I can't pay to get my car from Huhn, car note, insurance and take care of 2 kids alone. I'm screwed I have to try to get another car with the little I have s it's pay to get my car from Kuhn or pay the car note and Kuhn lose the car
Please do not take your car here! We were referred to Kuhn Collision by the Honda dealership for auto body repair to our vehicle. We were provided with a quote to repair the vehicle, upon dropping the vehicle off, we were notified a couple of days later that the cost of repair would double from the original quote that was provided. I am not sure if they thought we wanted a quote to receive an insurance check or if they are in the business of milking insurance companies. After two weeks of our vehicle being at the shop we were given the run around in reference to our vehicle being ready. We were told by (Rick) that the vehicle needed to be cleaned and that the detailer had gone home for the day. Later we found out that they were holding our vehicle hostage because they hadn't received the additional monies requested from the insurance company. Once we were able to pick up our vehicle, someone undoubtedly left something on, because we noticed one of the associates walking away from the vehicle with a portable battery charger (later on we found ourselves in a shopping center stuck because of the battery). To add insult to injury several days later we received a bill from FDOT and upon careful observation of the picture taken there was our old tag attached to a vehicle that didn't belong to us, evidently someone had STOLEN OUR TAG out of the trunk at this establishment! We notified the police that evening and Kuhn Collision and the only thing that this UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST establishment could come up with was if we were sure.....We have never felt so patronized and violated. We plan to contact the dealership to make them aware our experience, we feel like it is our obligation to share this information with the public as well.
