I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but felt compelled after the wonderful service we had by Jeremy I believe he might have been the service manager Our son is attending college in Tampa & got the run around from another Mazda company From the moment I spoke to Jeremy, I knew we were in good hands He was so pleasant and professional and was true to his word when our son brought his Mazda in So hard to find this kind of service these days Kuhn Mazda is very fortunate to have him! We know where we will go in the future, if we ever have to

I had the worse experience ever at this dealership, from the very begining when they assure I could qualify to get a car finance only with my good credit report, since I told them at front that I did not have proof of income at the time Angelo, the sales manager at the time (August 2016) told me not to worry about anything but the very next day, they told me that I wouldn't qualify for the credit because I need proof of incomeMaking a long story short, after expending two days at the dealer, I was able to drive my car out but with many desappoinmnets Couple days later, the sales manager call me to fill out a review to their attention and I did, but the survey have the incorrect names of the reps that help me, therefore I did not gave a good review to those whose names appear on the forms A month later, I called the financial office, where I got in contact with Natali Wood, to help me out on getting a refund for GAP, since I pay off my car thru my credit union, and once again the service was the worse ever, Natali only talked to me once, after that time, I called her back, send mails and she just decided to ignor me, I have to request the assitance of a different rep to be able to move on my request Ultimately, I have acquire the first 5,miles on my car and I try to schedule the maintenance, using some coupons they send me, (Car Care Servive Plan, Contract XXXXXXXX)I called the number on the coupon (800-327-5172) to get information about it and I findout that the dealership Kuhn Mazda have cancel the coupons the send me Over all, the experience I had with this dealership it was very bad and I dont recommend anybody to do bussiness with them
