Good afternoon,This email is in response to complaint ID#[redacted]. [redacted] had an unpaid balance of $25.00 with our practice since 2014. We sent her numerous monthly statements, with no response. Julienne stated that she had two insurances at the time of service, however, we showed her...
that she only wrote down a primary insurance. The $25.00 was a copay. Please understand we unable to write off copays, as it would jeopardize our contract we have signed with insurance companies. Best,Marli G[redacted]
