Review: I am writing as the [redacted] of [redacted] for [redacted]. In July [redacted] sent a check of $1,237.50 as a deposit for work to be done. Kulhanek has cashed the check. For weeks they have not responded to emails, text messages nor phone calls (disconnected). I drove to their business location and it was closed down.Desired Settlement: To do the work agreed upon OR an immediate refund of the $1,237.50.

Review: I attempted to hire this company to complete an architectural survey on my property. I called and was sent a form to complete on 11/**/14. I completed the form and mailed it to them on 7/**/14 along with a check for 592.50. The check was cashed by this company on 8/**/14. I have since never been contacted by this company. I have called and emailed them and have not been responded to. I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: My money back.

Review: Kulhanek and Plan Land Surveyor was hired on 8/**/14 to conduct survey for property to be purchased in northern Westchester, NY. My attorney faxed copy of personal check in the amount of $885 to survey company on 8/**/14 to authorize survey of property. Personal check was sent via overnight mail at the request of the survey company. Kulhanek and Plan Land Surveyor cashed the check on 8/**/14. Attorney and Title Company made numerous attempts beginning on 8/**/14 via phone, email and certified postal mail to contact Surveyor for updates on the completion of the Survey report for property. No communication or response received from Surveyor company. Kulhanek collected payment and did not render services. Survey was never completed on the property. I tried contacting the Surveyor several times in late August and September via phone and went to to the business address listed. Surveyor was not on site.Desired Settlement: I would like for Kulhanek to refund my full payment for services not rendered.

Review: My neighbor was going to widen his driveway and I wanted to confirm the property line with several stakes. This company required a $450. deposit (which makes no sense)and I sent them a check for that amount on 3/**/14. My neighbor changed his mind, and I wrote to this company and asked them to return my deposit. I never heard from them, so I followed up several times. They don't answer their phone, so I left several messages on their tape machine, but still no response. After about ten tries, [redacted] answered the phone on 6/**/14 and assured me that he would return my $450. deposit right away. I never heard from them since then , nor have I received my deposit.Desired Settlement: Return my $450. deposit immediately.
