Kultural Konnections

Review: Kultrual konnections failed to file re-authorization for services for my son after his discharge from the hospital. Proper paper work was faxed to the company in a timely manner but this company failed to file the authorization so that my attendants were paid for their services. I was told numerious times that it would take time for the information to hit the DMAS system for authorization and I needed to be patient. My son was discharged fron the hospital on May 30, 2014, I faxed the discharged papers to Kultural Konnections on June 4, 2014. I have not received the reauthoization as this day. I called many times and was finally told that they did not recieve the discharged papers so I re-faxed it after several months. I have proof that it was sent by fax. I was told by Ms. C[redacted] that her office person Julie would take care of the matter. I have not been able to file back dated pay sheets for my attendants yet. So the attendants have worked since June 1, 2014 and have not been paid anything. This matter is very unprofessional and need to be resolved. We are talking about over $3,00.00 dollars in unpaid funds. O and by the way, I was asked to sign a paper to put in my file that I will not hold Kultrual konnections liable for any mistakes that will cause nonpayment of funds. This form was signed in Sept. 2014. I realy need someones help. I also called Department of Social Servcies and they said that there was nothing they could do and said that they were not surprised at what had happend and adviced me to change facilitators. Kultrual Konnections owe money and they need to pay up now.Desired Settlement: I would like kultrual konnections to own up to their mistake and pay my attendants what is owed them
