This is my 2nd letter responding about Kumar transportation.I received your letter in regards to their rebuttal.#I have no children years or otherwiseI cpuld not have children in my life.#all this is liesI never heard of CCS#I never got upset at this RazilaI was meerling asking questions of information how the program works.#She was the one who hung up on meBecause I was asking; asking questions.#I told her I was the one I was disabled.I still feel strongly that this company should be penalized in some wayfor not keeping their books straight; and keeping proper records of the public people who calls in.This person is telling lies and making me look bad.She does not have a leg to stand on.I also do not know what she is talking about when she mentions " family member of an employee.Hope to hear from you soon

telling *** to bill her sons insurance which is *** (*** *** ***) *** told her that we need to get prior authorization before we can transport at that point she got upset telling her that we discriminate her because her son is disable and we are unfair and we have to provide the ride to sacramento *** explained to her that she needs to talk to *** but she is pretty sure we will still need the prior authorizationAt that point *** got more upset asked *** if she is a family member of an employee she said *** why don't you go back to india and haug up

Review: A while back ago I called Kumers Med Transport at [redacted] located @ [redacted]

They have 3 to 4 vans to transport patients back and fourth to Dr. Appts.

I spoted to razella to ask some questions in times where they would pick me up and if my med ins. would cover it (it did)

I told her I was older and partially handicapped.

she became quite rude, vulgar, intimiated, threating and very arrogant.

I also told her to speak up I was hard-of-hearing.

This is when she became quite threating told me I ask to many questions.

She again became very diligant and yelled at me, told me to go somewhere else/. I said "Excuse me." She called me a liar as well?Desired Settlement: I feel personally if you are dealing with the public you should not -- all of these feelings listed above so therefore upon my experience w/ this place, they should be immediately heavily penalyzed or closed down. I know for a fact that I have not been the last.
