My name is *** *** platinum auto finance sucks they dont help you at all my car broke down after days nobody would help and they give you the run around all the time always in meetings never available there pieces of garbage they are alll liars they prey on people who have bad credit and trying to fix there credit they will give you a loan at percent and make sure that your in a car that is sy so they get a repo on you and they do it over and over they don't care about nothing
Stay away from Platinum Auto Finance they call nonstop, they call your family harassing them as well as you when they do call plus threatening your family n friends that they will repo your vehicle if they dont have you call themalso they will repo your vehicle claiming you don't have insurance on it and make you pay all the fees of the repo to get it back even though you have prove that you've had insurance for monthsI had to talk to an attornery and threaten Platinum to get them to agree to give my truck back and that if *** didn't stop calling harassing family, friends,and us then I was going to file for harassment in courtwhich was taken care of then as they say but *** is back at calling with all his rudenessSo beware and if I didn't have just a year left and love my truck they would have it back just to be done with themwe r not perfect but they are Definitely NOT running this business right at allif it doesn't stop this time we will be filing a claim this time around!!
I purchased a car from Platinum Auto Finance in Clearwater FL (Harn Blvd. and U.S. 19) about 3 years ago and recently traded the vehicle I purchase through them, just to get away from their nonsense. Their finance department has the rudest staff, I've ever conducted business with. I would have instances where I called them to pay my car note early, and I was given an attitude where I was bothering them. Not to mention, their warranties/vehicles are bogus. They say a warranty covers x, y, z repairs, but when it's time to repair whatever is broken, they can't because of "legal limitations." They also like to put you on an auto-pay plan, and take money from you, whenever they feel (not when your car note is due).
I implore anyone that's reading this; PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE OR ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.
Yes, they're readily available to extend credit to those that are credit challenged, but at what cost???
