I have tried to reach [redacted] via phone and email immediately today when I received the requestI also check our system to see if she had attempted to reach us via email or phone at all and neither show any record of inbound contact from [redacted] or ###-###-####We have a phone system that tracks all phone calls into and out of the dealership for quality and training and we had not received any phone calls in from ###-###-####Maybe she tried contacting us either on a different phone number or different methodI left on her voicemail and email my contact information for her to reach me directly

For your reference, detail of the offer I reviewed appear below. Clearly the tires are worn excessively as shown in the attached pictureI have been to another local dealership that in fact states these tires do not meet state resale requirements without disclosure on the Wisconsin buyers guideThe alignment is so far out that the front tires are now wearing in a similar fashion The cost of maintaining this vehicle are irrelevant The fact that this business did not disclose the several issues areWe have only put approximately miles on the vehicle It's simply impossible for the tires to have worn to their current state in such a short distance All of the issues with this vehicle should have been caught by a proper safety inspection The dealership offered one alternative vehicle that didn't meet the towing requirements we need in a vehicle So that is hardly an acceptable solution We will not be satisfied until the dealership puts a proper alignment on the vehicle and at the very least replaces the excessively damaged tores

Thank you for the opportunity to respond. Our *** *** ***, Tony ***, has spoken with Ms*** and apologized for the issue and, we believe, resolved everything as much as possible with her. We are currently working with credit bureaus to erase the checks, but have
not received results yet. We are not able to destroy Ms***'s personal information as we are required to retain information on our customers (from her prior purchase). However, we have blacked out information that we could and showed the result to Ms***. Mr*** and Ms*** also agreed that a free credit monitoring service was likely in her best interest. The tires on the vehicle were passing the state legal safety limits of 3/32" upon inspectionThe warranty the customer is referring to is a POWERTRAIN ONLY warranty which this concern is notThe dealership has already repaired $in items under this powertrain warranty that the customer has
claimed we are not honoring and the dealership has already goodwill repaired over $items that were NOT safety or powertrain related in a effort to satisfy customerOther vehicles were offered during the transaction to this customer that we recommended since they would be less costly to maintain like the nature of a Land Rover is but the customer refused and would only entertain the Land Rover as an optionThe dealership is not willing to further goodwill any other items on this vehicle

We have made the payoffs and apologized to the customer for the misunderstanding We took care of all and any fees involved

completedHer current vehicle was not a fit for a trade-in, not because of the value rather Dr*** owed more than the vehicle was worth, and the disparity was too great to roll into a new loan.When Dr*** asked for options, Ms*** did suggest surrendering her existing vehicle to her lien holder, but at no time did she say or imply that there would not be financial consequences. She did say that they wouldn't put her in jail, but we indeed know that there are financial implications, and would never suggest otherwise.Dr*** decided to do that, and signed paperwork for the vehicle. It was a Saturday afternoon and the battery needed work, so we kept the vehicle at the store for the repair with a promise to deliver it on Monday. On Sunday, Ms*** received **o of the three attached emails with Dr*** lamenting her decision. Monday morning, Ms*** called Dr*** and said we would the deal if she wished. That phone call was followed by the third email attached, stating that she would like to keep the car and thanking Ms*** for her assistance. A 5-star Google review from Dr*** followed.The next we heard of the matter is your complaint. We feel we acted in Dr***' best interest and served her requests, and in no way did we suggest that there would not be consequences from surrendering her vehicle. Kunes Country only ran her credit once.. With her authorization.The banks that were looking at her credit have to run a separate report for their records.I am sorry for the misunderstanding.

[redacted] came in to the dealership and said he didn't have the money to pay for the down payment that he owed us, so instead of him getting his car repossessed we bought the deal back from the bank and absorbed the cost of the bank fees and interest for the time period driven. He agreed to take 500.00...

and leave the car here and we take care of the rest of the money owed to the bank. He was very satisfied at the time.Attached is a copy of the signed agreement.Thank you.[redacted]
