Hello I have received your complaint regarding our customer William *** I have left him a message at both numbers he provided to try to resolve his concern I have documents signed by the customer clearly disclosing the transaction as month financing I don't recall any specific concern at the time of closing his loan I will be happy to review those documents with him upon his return call Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for additional information Thank you

The offer for the vehicle was this :
22755.00 -3995 Rebates and other, I not sure what rebates or incentives made up this reduction they never told us. 18760 This was the price at this point, still wasn't sure about purchasing 500 Their finance guy came out and told us he found another $saving if we signed up for a gm card, so we did. 18260 So this was the price we agreed upon so I said ok we will purchase. They sent us in with the finance guy. He went through papers I did question the amount of rebates because I only saw a $in savings. He said all the rebates you are eligible are there, so I assumed the rest of the was taken off somewhere else. We did add extended warranty and a couple other things but I felt like we paid more than we should have so I immediately went through papers when I got home and realized we did not get the price agreed upon. We purchased the car on Saturday, Sunday morning I immediately emailed them and asked them to not process the paperwork that I had found a mistake and this point I was very nice in saying I knew they were busy and I'm sure it was not intentional. I asked them to call me first thing Monday morning, I did not hear from them so I called. The gentleman told me the were rebates for leasing not purchasing. I told him we never said anything ever about leasing this was there error and they need to honor the price we agreed upon. He stated he did not know how this happened but they wanted to make it right but he needed to make some phone calls. I waited and never heard back from them so yesterday 2/29/16 at 4:I called them back. The girl that sold us the car pretended like she didn't even know me, transferred me to the guy who did finance papers. He claimed he knew nothing about it and transferred me again to a Scott, whom I believe runs the establishment. I asked if he got the paperwork straightened out, he stated the was for leasing, I told him we never said anything about leasing and we had agreed on a price and I didn't get that price. My finance guy went through the paperwork with you and you signed it. I asked how I could return the car he told me I couldn't I signed the paperwork, I said Ok thank I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com

I have spoken today to Mr*** about the Case listed above. I have explained how the transaction went and how the difference is not the $or payments at $each but that his payment at months would've been $so over the course of the loan it would be a $difference if he kept the loan to full term, which he was not planning on doing anyways. He understands now what happened, what he signed, and what the true difference in price is. *** Country will be not be offering any monetary resolution nor is Mr*** seeking any resolution. Please conact Mr*** to confirm
