Mike *** at Kunes Country Ford was awesome! He went above and beyond on everything! These are hard times and people are changing, but this company gives the true car experience with good people who actually care about you and your family.
Thank you!

I bought a 2012 from Kunes around mid January of 2020. I was told the vehicle was check thoroughly for any issues and recalls. Test drove the car and it had a clunk from the front. I told them I wanted that fixed before I considered it. They agree and I buy it for $15000 and had an appointment to have it checked a week later. Struts and sway bar links are bad on the front. They told me they would only fix the struts and not the sway bar links. So already I had to pay for a new parts that cost me $200. Almost a month later and the power steering fails. Bring it back and they tell me there’s a recall for the power steering. That gets fixed and a few days later I found out they didn’t replace the struts on the car in the first place only the bearings on the struts(I’ve asked 2 different companies about the safety of only doing the bearings and have been told that they should’ve been replaced entirely not just bearings. Not long after that I find the control arms are shot. Struts and control arms are costing me almost $900. I haven’t owned the car for 2 months and already have had to put just about $1100 in repairs to the front of the car and only made one payment. What I’m getting at is this place told me the car was inspected when everything I’ve had to fix after spending $15000 with them. From my understanding there’s other customers who are having similar issues with this place.(buy a car from Kunes and get stuck with a whole bunch problems with it than what you can afford). If this is how this company is selling cars to people it’s not right.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We've had a change in management and, unfortunately, Mr. Sheehan's request had fell through the cracks. Jason ***, our sales manager, has been communicating with Mr. Sheehan, and we believe his needs have been resolved.

Awesome! Thanks for helping me get into my dream car. :-)

Awesome service, friendly people and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend

One of my best car buying expirances ever ! The staff at kunes country Ford were knowledgeable kind and more than helpful. They helped me get into a reliable and dependable car. Make this your one stop shop and check them out !

I thought I brought a car, I got insurance on it. Then I check my messages from Kunes telling me they want there car back.. At time of purchase I have them $200 dollars. At a later date I was supposed to give them 1300 more. They attempted to withdraw the money but was denied by my bank for trying to access the funds to early. They got $900 and tried two more times for $400 and $200 and was denied both times by my bank. They called me saying my loan didn't go through, but I was able drive off the lot in the vehicle. They didn't tell me they had took $900 out of my account. I was threatened with police involvement like I did something wrong..

We're very sorry about the complications with this sale. Ms. has returned the vehicle and we have returned all payments made.

I was mislead by the team. I thought the van I bought was $18k . Found out two weeks later it’s $31k . I had already signed the papers. If they would’ve told me that I would not have bought the van or looked for other options. Left a message but surprise they don’t call back. I should have been more aware but could not believe that they can get away with this practice. I’m stuck for the next 6 yrs, thank you Kunes Country Ford

I'm a single woman and also a senior citizen. I filed chapter 7 earlier this year and was giving up the car I had. Kunes sent me letter saying the could help get me in another vehicle. I was feeling very vulnerable but they advertise that they are faith based so I figured they would be honest. I liked a particular car but told the salesman it was not really a good fit for me. After that he said there was only 1 other car on the lot that he could sell me and it was one I had already told him I did not want. Anyway I was battered down by the whole process and eventually signed papers. convincing me to purchase from them lasted about 2 hours but explaining and signing papers took about 5 minutes. Well about 3 1/2 months later the car started making the most awful sound. I called them to arrange for an appointment with their mechanics. I was told they were in a meeting! Then I was told I could bring it in and it would be a charge of $100 to have them diagnose the issue. I said I was told I had a 6 month warranty but they answered that it was $100 deductible. At that point I asked to speak to a manager. They said he was with someone and would call me back. It's been 2 months and nobody has ever bothered to call me. I've been looking elsewhere to try to trade this car in and get a decent used vehicle and was somewhat shocked to find that in less than 6 months this car is worth $3500 less than what I paid.

Kunes has put me in such a tough financial spot that I don't know what to do. I wish I had never walked into that place. Like the previous reviewer said, they don't care about their costumers and I will let everyone I know to steer clear of that place.

purchase vehicle 2018 with 600 miles, not even 30 days, vehicle broke down it did not had coolant, trucks warning light did not show up, added coolant and did not run! Called General Manager was out transfer me to sales manager John *** and said he would look into this, sales manager Micahel ***, was a total unprofessional telling me if he spent time with me on the phone he would not have time to look into this! I will be filling a formal complaint, waiting to see what they say is wrong with vehicle, stay away from this dealer, service does not evaluate or check vehicles prior to giving to customers, this vehicle was new and cost over 55k

After purchasing a truck from Kunes, we have had nothing but problems with it. After a year, I decided enough was enough and traded the truck in at a different dealership. I have been battling with Kunes for the last month to get everything refunded and figured out and it seems like it will never end. Kunes has the worst costumer service and once they get their check from purchasing your car, they could not care less about their costumers. I will never go back and will never recommend anyone to go there for any reason.
