Review: We requested the membership of our 2 sons be placed on hold March 3, 2015 for baseball season-3mo. When we signed up, Master [redacted] requested a 30-day notice for membership holds. We did just that via email. Our checking accounts were deducted on March 10, April 10 and May 11 while our kids were not attending kung fu classes.

I am highly disappointed with the lack of response regarding this issue. I spoke with [redacted] on Monday, May 18 and she stated she would speak with [redacted] in billing as well as Master [redacted] and call me back Tuesday May 19. I received no phone call as promised. I was forced to place a stop payment on on Kung Fu San Soo deductions with my bank. In addition to speaking with [redacted], I have left messages (phone calls documented) for Master [redacted] and no call was ever returned.

Since my stop payment with the bank, he continued to attempt to bill my account. I received multiple phone calls, for months, from this company's collection company. I explained the situation every time, requesting collector to have Master [redacted] contact me to resolve this since he did not return my personal calls.

I sent him a letter on September 8, 2015 which also went unanswered. In the letter I requested the following regarding my account for one of my sons. Their father handled his own claim separately for our other son.

'Please issue me a check in the amount of $223.20 for the following deductions you made to my checking account for membership placed on hold:

•5/11/15 – $111.60 •4/10/15 – $111.60

I also am requesting you to clear up my account with your billing department so there is no balance due. I do not appreciate my credit being affected by this and hope you will do what you can to clear this up and make this situation right.'

The final call I received from the collectors was that I would not be receiving any more calls as Master [redacted] was also unresponsive to them.

It's sad to teach the kids Responsibility when you can't even do it yourself. Never went back due to this messDesired Settlement: Refund of $223.20 for the auto withdrawal from my checking account 5/14/15 and 4/10/15 (months our membership was on hold). We weren't attending classes in March but due to the 30 day policy, we are not requesting refund for that time in which we weren't there.

A call back would be appropriate.
