We purchased a Ford Flex from Kuni Auto Center In July Days after purchase we noticed the AC wasn’t working so we brought the car back to Kuni and their collision center agreed to determine the source of the issue and repair it without cost to usThey returned the car to us claiming it was repairedThey explained they filled the AC with new Freon and recharged the AC systemFor the remaining summer season we didn’t notice an issue w the ACHowever, having not used the AC for the next seasons following we didn’t realize until July when temperatures rose once more and attempting to use the AC that it was again reflecting the exact same symptoms as we experienced in when we originally brought it into Kuni with the very same AC issuesThis time, Kuni completed a diagnostic and determined a leak in the AC line(s) and explained they could not fill it with more Freon for safety concernsAdditionally, Kuni denies responsibility for having not identified and/or fixi

As a long time Black woman who happens to be bi-racial (blk/wht) I happen to be a long time driver of BMW vehicles BMW Xto be exact and I have been a kuni customer in all aspects for some time, My last experience with Beaverton Kuni Collision Center was the worst I have ever encountered Let me start by saying they seem to always take months or either weeks to fix my vehiclei was left a voicemail by a woman name Marcee that my BMW Xwas ready for pick and so I returned the phone call and spoke directly to Marcee on the phone I was told that the service center closed at p.m I told her it would be impossible for me to be there by 6pm because I would not be able to head that way until pm and that I was coming from Vancouver WashingtonMarcee then told me that I could go to the manager and he would have my key and I could leave the enterprise rental key with the manager and the rental car due to the fact that they are all connected together the enterprise and the kuni dealership as well all part of the kuni collision centeri happened to arive at the kuni collision center at approximately 6:ish pm, and proceeded to follow the instructions given to me by MrsMarcee the enterprise had for some strange reason given me a huge dodge van with California plates to drive and its only me and my year old As soon as I spoke with the two guys that I was lead to by another guy , the two seemed very angered in there demeanor one speaking and the other not saying anything just glaring at me as he chewed his gum aggressively with his jaw muscles piercing from his face it was very strange energy a hostile one between the two and it was towards me this aggressive behavior I was told to leave for no reason his office so I did I then called the police I was told that he did not know where my key was and had no one to contact about it.the police came and they still where not able to get my key even though my Allstate insurance had paid for my repairs and my deductible was also paid I was still denied access to my vehicle That evening I recieved rude and very disrespectful behavior and service from the guys there at the kuni BMW collision center and dealerBecause of this experience I am now going to get rid of my BMW X
