Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After speaking with someone from Aspen, the issue of the credit account that was opened is still not resolved The person told me to contact the credit account company, but why should I have to contact the credit company if it was Aspen's fault there charges were not on the credit account correctly? The credit company would have charged me interest on a $amount compared to a $balance on the credit account.After speaking with the office manager at Aspen, I have realized I have been told a different story on the issue with the claim with *** Which makes me not trust anything Aspen has told me In the response from Aspen stated I did not finish treatment But the dentist told me my dental work was completed and did not need to come back So another discrepancy in a story from AspenI need this issue resolved I am in the process of buying a house and I don't need this issue showing on my credit report Regards, [redacted]

I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Cincinnati, OH (Northgate Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your Revdex.com complaint rebuttal. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. On February 03, 2017, you agreed to treatment and paid $via *** Financing. The services you received on February 3rd, 7th and 22nd cost you a total of $108.00. Part of your original treatment estimate included a crown on tooth # for $442.80. As you did not move forward and receive the crown and the Core Buildup service was $less than estimated on your treatment acceptance form, a refund in the amount of $was sent to *** Finance on March 28, 2017. Aspen Dental told me my treatment was completeI'm not sure why Aspen Dental charged such a large amount on the *** account of the cost was only $I've got serval late fees on the *** account because of trying to get Aspen Dental to correct the charges on the *** accountI've got overcharged for finance fees tooWhen I spoke to Aspen Dental they said I had to call *** but I'm not going to do that since this something Aspen Dental causedAspen Dental needs to get this situation with *** fixedI have spoke to Aspen Dental sevaral time since February and still no resolutionAspen Dental overcharged my *** account and expects me to pay extra on the *** accountThis is not rightThe balance on the *** is now over $because of Aspen Dental not responding to my calls. If this doesn't get resolved from this email, I will take further steps to get this situation resolved with the Federal Trade Commission complaint

In response to Ms***’s concerns, her out of pocket payment made with her Visa card was refunded to her on July 20, The $insurance payment made towards her exam (the insurance company did not remit anything for the x-rays) is being refunded as a courtesy A check will be
cut and mailed within the next two weeks; however it can take some insurance companies 4-weeks before they acknowledge receipt and update their subscribers records
