[redacted]  RE: Aspen Dental Account Number [redacted]        Revdex.com Complaint ID # [redacted]  Dear [redacted]: Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received.  I am writing to you on behalf of the Cincinnati, OH (Northgate) Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Ohio Dental Associates-Judge Inc.  I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Cincinnati, OH (Northgate Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your Revdex.com complaint rebuttal.  I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account.  On February 03, 2017, you agreed to treatment and paid $569.60 via [redacted] Financing.  The services you received on February 3rd, 7th and 22nd cost you a total of $108.00.  Part of your original treatment estimate included a crown on tooth # 06 for $442.80.  As you did not move forward and receive the crown and the Core Buildup service was $18.80 less than estimated on your treatment acceptance form, a refund in the amount of $461.60 was sent to [redacted] Finance on March 28, 2017.  Your Aspen Dental account has a zero balance due.  Aspen Dental does not report to the credit bureaus.  Any discussion regarding credit reports or finance charges must be directed to [redacted] Finance.  For your review, I am including a copy of my original letter, your account ledger history and your treatment acceptance form. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry.  A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated byOhio Dental Associates-Judge Inc. I have reviewed it andyour Aspen Dental account. For your review, I am enclosing with this letter copies of your AspenDental account ledger history showing all transactions to date. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After speaking with someone from Aspen, the issue of the credit account that was opened is still not resolved.  The person told me to contact the credit account company, but why should I have to contact the credit company if it was Aspen's fault there charges were not on the credit account correctly?  The credit company would have charged me interest on a $550 amount compared to a $108 balance on the credit account.After speaking with the office manager at Aspen, I have realized I have been told a different story on the issue with the claim with [redacted].  Which makes me not trust anything Aspen has told me.  In the response from Aspen stated I did not finish treatment.  But the dentist told me my dental work was completed and did not need to come back.  So another discrepancy in a story from Aspen. I need this issue resolved.  I am in the process of buying a house and I don't need this issue showing on my credit report.

This still not resolve the issue of Aspen Dental for over charging the [redacted] account. This claim should have been file with my [redacted] dental insurance, as I spoke with [redacted] regarding this issue. The fact I have tried multiple times to get this issue resolved by calling, proves that I am trying to get this issue resolved. I think it is very odd that in the responses received, I was told I didn't complete a treatment. But I was told by the dentist I was done with the treatment. I am filing a claim with the [redacted] regarding this issue.

This attachment is what [redacted] dental has on file.  Aspen refused to submit the claim to [redacted], So I don't have an explanation of benefits from [redacted].  This screen includes all services provided by Aspen Dental

Here is my response to [redacted]'s most recent rebuttal.________________________________________________To whom it may concern:I have previously supplied copies of documentation showing that [redacted] did authorize the payment from [redacted] to Aspen Dental.  I have provided documentation showing what treatment he initially agreed to.  With this response, I am including a copy of the signed sales draft for the $569.00 amount that he borrowed from [redacted].  [redacted] will have to resolve any issues of late payments, finance charges and balances due directly with [redacted] Retail Credit. Thanks,  Sincerely,  Ron H[redacted] Senior Patient Satisfaction SpecialistAspen Dental Management, Inc.Phone: [redacted] Ext [redacted]Fax: [redacted]E-Mail:  [redacted]@aspendental.com
