I also discussed with [redacted] the color is not marbled like the pictures I was shown He told me to give it time, it will lighten up I called him later in the year and told him it is still solid grey and he was very snippy and said to call him in March It is now April and I have emailed and called and left messages several times My son has tried reaching him as well He will not return calls or emails My concrete has a large crack in it which appears to be the result of the foundation under it, because the crack is close to the inside edge And it is still a solid grey color instead of the two tone grey I paid for I paid for light grey cement and they put a color on top of the wet cement and a matting to put texture on the surface In addition, the steps they poured are crumblin

I wrote a check for $12,to KHC Construction 08/23/as a down payment for construction of a 30x50xpole barn, I was told that he found that when the material is paid for in front, the material is delivered faster*** (owner) told me that the barn would be built in 4-weeks when the material arrivedI have reached out to *** several times to find out when my barn was going to be built and the last response that I received was 11/stating that it would be next Tuesday (11/14)I have tried calling and texting ***, to find out what was taking so longwithout any responseI was in the process of moving out of my previous home and needed the barn built so I could move my stuff in to the barnI have sense moved everything out and have a lot of my stuff sitting out in the weather because I have no room to put it insideIt appears that *** has no intention of building my barn in the timely manner that was promised

Upon completion of our concrete patio and after the crew had left, it was discovered a chunk of the side was cracked and broken, there were concrete splatter on the house and holes/gaps in the patio In addition to the poor quality of work, yard clean up was found to be poured as chunks of concrete and stone were found scattered throughout the yard and the crew tried to hide it by covering it with dirt The company was contacted, asked to return and fix these problems, which was done but the patio was fixed with some sort of epoxy, which has left three dark discolored marks on the patio Follow up to resolve the issue resulted in a company representative coming to the home suggesting 'painting' the entire patio with a multi-component polyurethane sealant in hopes of covering up the marks When the company was contacted to discuss other options, contact was never made and messages never returned To this po

I payed my mortgage on the of the month in side my grace period 1- and khc is charging me a late fee be cause I used the automatic pay by phone after 1pm this is not right I should have till the end of the business day to pay kha sent me a letter of late payment after the payment was withdrawn out of my account the whole thing is I am not late there way of doing business is to make you late to make more money the personal I spoke to where all about hate and would not help me I am not saying that I was that nice either but being told you late and there's nothing we can do but take your payment of late fee for not being late
